Can Student Licenses or Equipment Kits Be Returned For a Refund?

Please note, while student licenses are consumable, if not consumed, they can be used the following semester or year. Your organization will need to contact us to reset the expiration use date for all unused student licenses.

Equipment kits can be returned in resellable condition (unused and in their original packaging). Please contact us within 15 days of receipt for information on how to return equipment kits. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
